No Change Orders is here to help inform, collaborate, and learn from our experiences in the world of construction, land development, and real estate. Founder Chase Landry has had many trials and tribulations in these categories and loves these industries with passion. The mantra behind the name of the channel is to prepare and think further with meaning so that there are zero or as few change orders in a construction project or land development. We believe that “thinking” is a lost art and that our channel is one step closer to helping bridge the knowledge gap with our testimonials after experiencing the widespread events. There are a lot of contractors, land developers, and real estate professionals that skip steps, don’t have the knowledge, or work blindly with no experience which is another reason for creating the channel. We want to arm owners, developers, and anyone with our experiences which we believe is at minimum tested in the real world, researched, and collaborated with other professionals. We want to not only grow our own company but expand the knowledge and push the envelope on the industry to always improve and push beyond any expectation!
